Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and confident Project Design Architect with a passion for delivering innovative and functional design solutions. The ideal candidate is skilled in manual sketching, client presentations, and team leadership, capable of driving the design process from concept to completion while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual designs, layouts, and manual sketches to visualize ideas effectively.
  • Confidently present and communicate design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Lead and mentor the design team, ensuring smooth coordination and timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to seamlessly integrate architectural, structural, and MEP elements.
  • Oversee the entire design development process, ensuring compliance with regulations, codes, and client requirements.
  • Stay up to date with architectural trends, sustainable practices, and innovative materials to deliver cutting-edge designs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's preferred).
  • Licensed Architect is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and project leadership.
  • Strong manual sketching skills and proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in client engagement.
  • Proven leadership abilities, creativity, and keen attention to detail.
