Job Summary

We are looking for a Property Accountant to manage the financial operations of our properties. The role involves preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, handling accounts receivable/payable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Handle accounts receivable, payable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor property budgets and provide variance analysis.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger and records.
  • Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA license is an advantage (Not Required).
  • At least 2–3 years of accounting experience (real estate/property management preferred).
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
