JOB SUMMARY:

  • Responsible in creating graphics and layouts to be uploaded in social media accounts of the company

DAILY TASK:

  • Attends toolbox meeting
  • Reads and responds to e-mails and messages (Outlook, Teams, Asana and/or Viber)
  • Layout info graphics and banners needed by the Social Media Officer to be posted on the company's social media accounts.
  • Sends daily accomplishment report to CEO/President, cc: Property Management/Admin Manager

OTHER SERVICES/ TASKS DONE WHEN THE NEED ARISES:

  • Prepares company ID
  • Prepares Company Uniform for regular employees:
  • Lay out design for approval of CEO/President
  • Printing of template to dye sublimation printer
  • Cuttings of fabric for heat press preparation to be submitted to assigned tailoring
  • Follow up tailored uniform, forward to HR Dept for distribution
  • Prepares road signage's (layout, cutting & installation of stickers) for DPWH projects
  • Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information, materials and concept.
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
  • Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval to CEO/President.
  • Designs web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
  • Creates these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's creative suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and more—is the standard in the industry and most employers expect designers to be proficient with its programs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Performs other related task as may be required by the management and/or immediate head.
  • Provides visual concepts using computer software to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers. Develop the overall layout and designs for applications such as advertisements, brochures, magazines etc.
