  • Responsible for overall management of your Accounting Department in each condominium site.
  • Establish performance level standards for Accounting Dept.
  • Responsible for the overall financial and accounting management of client's managed property.
  • Accounting (Billings and Disbursements)
  • Collection and Treasury

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA);
  • Newly board passer or no related experience are welcome.
  • Adaptability: maintains effectiveness in varying environments, tasks and responsibilities, or with various types of people;
  • Ability to work simultaneously on long term projects while accomplishing daily/weekly/monthly duties on schedule;
  • Planning and Organizing – Ability to establish a course of action to accomplish goals and evaluate results;
  • Ability to multitask, work successfully under pressure and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload to meet client needs at the same time without losing focus;
  • Client Focus: dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the external and internal client, establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, and gains their trust and respect.
  • With 1-3 years of experience in General Accounting is an advantage but not required.
