Sr. Analyst, Product Health: SPMS Fidelio OHC

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sr. Product Health Analyst to join our Shipboard Applications Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining applications for the shipboard products group (Fidelio / OHC).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide technical support and maintenance for Fidelio/OHC applications.
  2. Perform application troubleshooting and resolve issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  3. Collaborate with onboard and shore-side teams to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and optimize application performance.
  4. Conduct training sessions for onboard staff to ensure effective use of Food & Beverage applications.
  5. Monitor application performance and system health and perform regular updates and maintenance.
  6. Liaise with the shipboard IT department and business stakeholders to manage application upgrades and support contracts.
  7. Assist in the implementation of new features and functionalities to meet operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

  1. 5 - 7 years of prior Application Support experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  4. High level of communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  5. Experienced working with Office 365 applications: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  6. Can assist Product Health Analysts with technical issues.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  8. Willingness to travel and work onboard a cruise ship for short periods.
  9. Familiarity with SQL databases and report generation.
  10. Understanding of network infrastructure and server management.
  11. Professional experience with one or more of the following technical disciplines: Windows Server, including administration and troubleshooting; SQL database knowledge, including an understanding of relational DB concepts, DB design, and stored procedure creation; Network architecture and design, including a strong understanding of DNS and authentication; Experience supporting and configuring handheld Wi-Fi devices; Experience with PBX configuration.

Nice to have Qualifications:

  1. Experience with one or more of the following applications: Fidelio / OHC, IssuTrax, OHC FMS, POS systems.
