Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager, located in Cebu. The Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and ongoing optimization. Daily tasks include conducting market research, defining and prioritizing product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, sales, and marketing, and analyzing product performance metrics to inform future decisions. The Product Manager will also regularly engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that the product aligns with the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Management, Product Development, or Project Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Market research and competitive analysis skills
  • Proficiency in product management tools and software
  • Experience in the retail or wholesale industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
