Responsibilities
  • Train, support, and mentor associates on required skills per client request
  • Assist the Training Supervisor with tasks and responsibilities related to the position
  • Set a timeline or training calendar cycle that promotes increased operational efficiency
  • Ensure strict process compliance at all levels within the team
  • Update and review training plans that adapt to business needs
  • Participate and contribute in weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly business review meetings
  • Administer Learning and Performance Needs Analysis (LPNA) on current team members
  • Conduct and develop effective training techniques or methods for new hires and existing team members
  • Identify and provide essential information for the development needs of trainees and team members
  • Develop and update training curriculum by applying the best resolutions accordingly
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through conducting NPS surveys at a defined frequency
  • Plan and provide training support and development plans for team members
  • Conduct refresher training for existing team members to develop key skills essential for their respective accounts and roles
  • Design and implement training programs
  • Evaluate the outcomes of training sessions and maintain records of trainees' progress and achievements
  • Facilitate or manage soft skills training such as for back-office, voice, leadership, and customer experience
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in Training & Development or equivalent area
  • Must be a college graduate or have completed at least 2 years in college
  • Background and/or experience in freight forwarding or customs brokerage is an advantage
  • Background and/or experience in drafting and creating technical training documents and manuals is an advantage
  • Willing to work on public holidays/festivals if scheduled/required
  • Amenable to flexible work schedules and hours as determined by business needs
  • Strong time management skills and an optimistic approach to challenging roles or tasks
  • Initiative to sustain and satisfy client relationships as well as train and develop the team
  • A competent team player with a great understanding of business and associate needs
  • Results-oriented and can proactively propose/share process improvement ideas/insights
  • Collaborates well with other departments/teams but can also work independently with minimal supervision
  • Eager to promote and uphold corporate values
  • Willing to be assigned to both Ortigas, Pasig City and/or Cubao, Quezon City
