You will also facilitate and deliver engaging and interactive online training programs to language trainers. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and dynamic virtual learning environment, ensuring that participants receive high-quality training and support. Your expertise will contribute to the success of the learning solutions offered by the company.

What you'll do
  1. Mentor and support language trainers: Provide individualized coaching and support to language trainers, fostering their growth and development as educators. Conduct regular coaching sessions to provide constructive feedback and opportunities for practice to hone trainers' teaching and assessment skills.
  2. Facilitate online training sessions: Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and encourage active participation from trainers and assessors. Provide timely feedback and guidance to participants, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment. Administer quizzes and other evaluation methods to gauge the participants' understanding and knowledge retention. Analyze evaluation data and provide recommendations for program improvement.
  3. Collaborate in the development of training materials: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to develop online training materials, including presentations, guides, and multimedia content, ensuring that they are effective, interactive, and visually appealing.
  4. Facilitate professional development opportunities: Identify professional development needs of language trainers and assessors, and coordinate relevant training sessions, workshops, or webinars. Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in language teaching and share relevant information with trainers and assessors.
What you'll need
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in linguistics, language teaching, education, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in language training or curriculum development, with a focus on quality assurance and improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with language assessment tools and frameworks, such as CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using technology tools and software relevant to language training and assessment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and continuous improvement.
