Overview

ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced BPO TRAINER to join our rapidly expanding team. Responsibilities
  • Managing employees by providing feedback and coaching sessions within the purview of account processes.
  • Facilitate training based on the approved outline/curriculum for the account.
  • Evaluate the trainee\'s speed to competency through CFU sessions, activities, and assessments.
  • Provide post-training support.
  • Document processes through recorded sessions.
  • Material development creating: Process Guide, Process Maps, Training Outline, Calibration Logs, and Knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months in the BPO industry as a TRAINER
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willing to work in a Nightshift
  • Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati and Shaw, Mandaluyong
