Training & Development Instructional Design work focuses on developing training curriculum and materials for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas including:


•Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 experience is required.


•Analyzing employee learning needs and partnering with subject matter experts and business management to provide input for course content


•Planning and coordinating skills assessments and training


•Providing instruction and guidance to trainers; may facilitate training during introduction of new courses


•Developing and monitoring metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness May include the design of computer-based training programs.

May select and/or oversee vendors to develop training content or conduct training.

Positions on this level are fully proficient in executing established standards. Works independently within set frames and follows set course. Has a knowledge base typically acquired from a professional/university degree and approximately 1-2 years of practical professional experience in a particular area. Develops own knowledge, shares best practice and develops relevant/appropriate solutions. Positions at this level are expected to continuously improve the day-to-day activities/processes.

Can be a formal team leader of more junior co-workers and may set day-to-day operational objectives.
