Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, financial and structural strategies in stores across a group of territories. Their duties include visiting dealers, communicating about sales goals and expectations and gathering research about their target market.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Manage the overall operation of the NCR Sales Team
  • Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region
  • Ensure the delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review, people management and reward
  • Manage existing dealers by maintaining good rapport and customer service
  • Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume
  • Uplift the regional sales volume to its possible best

Education & Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College degree of Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent
  • Experience of 8 years in sales in similar level/role
  • Experience in appliance industry is advantage
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent command in English language, both written and verbal
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision
  • Must know how to drive with valid driver's license
  • Familiar with all areas in National Capital Region
