Responsibilities
  • Directs implementation of all technical guidelines and standards on property/facilities management operations and services
  • Provide technical support and services to PM/FM Operations Team such as but not limited to:
  • T&C assistance on Equipment and Installation
  • Vetting of plans for fit-out / construction
  • Technical Audit of property
  • Project/Construction/Fit-out Management
  • Lead on crafting and implementing GRI's plans, policies, initiatives, and businesses related to Engineering Services such as but not limited to:
  • Property Care Services
  • Property Care Ad-hoc Services
  • Property Technical Audit Services
  • Property Construction/Fit-out Management Services
  • Handles technical inquiries and service requests from GRI Clients
  • GRI's lead on the management of technical service offerings (Real Estate Engineering Services)
  • Manage the planning of Engineering, Finances (Profit and Losses)
  • Manage maintenance and upkeep of GRI's Office
  • Directs partners on Engineering/Technical Services in behalf of GRI's Owners and Clients
  • Perform other technical duties and responsibilities deemed necessary by GRI Owners to render high-quality services and excellence in its field
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
