Job DescriptionDescription

Gem Konstruk Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in retail and project-based sales within the construction or building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing and promoting products such as flooring, cladding, decking, and more for both indoor and outdoor applications, while effectively leading and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach sales team members to enhance performance and drive results.
  • Establish and assign individual sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships with architects, designers, contractors, dealers, and homeowners.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to identify trends, optimize performance, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
  • Streamline sales processes and implement best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong background in the construction industry and related building materials.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • Sales Expertise: Extensive experience in both retail and project-based sales, ideally in the construction or building materials sector.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies effectively.
  • Customer-Centric: Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-Oriented: Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software, with a data-driven approach to sales management.
