Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team at Teemwork. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales team and implementing strategic sales plans.
- Mentor and develop sales representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they meet performance standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, aligning sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with proficiency in creating comprehensive sales plans.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
