Prescription Verification Representative (Non-voice) — verify eye care prescriptions against contact lens orders through a manual/visual checking process. Use proprietary portal to verify orders and log notes.
Responsibilities- Follow verification policies and procedures to ensure accurate verification in a timely manner.
- Adhere to KPI targets and performance standards.
- SLA's to be included by Fair Trade Outsourcing as an Addendum after 90 days of service.
- Comply with HIPAA rules and regulations and FTC Contact Lens Rule.
- Participate in annual HIPAA Compliance Training facilitated by WVA.
- Assist in tasks related to prescription operations as requested by the direct team leader or management.
- Aid in maintaining a lean work environment.
- Work as a team with all functional areas.
- Lead by example for Fair Trade Outsourcing's mission, vision, and ABOR.
- Initiate and drive delivery of business and corporate plans for assigned areas.
- Proactively manage risk, identify and address issues, and escalate where appropriate.
- Manage performance and resourcing in line management or matrix management structures.
- Be aware of and comply with policies including equality, sustainability, health and safety, and data protection.
