Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive product strategy and manage the full lifecycle of ophthalmology products, from launch to phase-out.
  • Conduct market research and engage with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and KOLs to identify opportunities and guide positioning.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, regulatory, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, go-to-market strategies, and product launch initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs and support sales teams to drive adoption, growth, and sustained product performance.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of product management experience mainly in
    ophthalmology
    (experience in cardiology and dermatology is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of the ophthalmic market, regulatory requirements, and customer segments.
  • Proven skills in product launches, marketing execution, and cross-functional project management
  • Established network and relationships with ophthalmologists
