HR OFFICER - Compensation and Benefits

Job Overview:

This role requires expertise in benchmarking, salary scaling, job leveling, and the development and implementation of comprehensive plans and programs for compensation and benefits strategies. The HR Officer is responsible for the proper supervision and execution of Total Rewards Management processes. Oversees the preparation of employee benefits, salary administration, and policy dissemination.

  • Supervises the implementation of the employee's compensation and benefits administration. Provide solutions on issues raised.
  • Supervises the company's compliance with government mandates regarding employee wages and statutory benefits.
  • Checks proper inclusion and deletion as well as annual renewal of Medical Insurance and Life Insurance coverage of all employees.
  • Supervises the proper execution of the Annual Physical Exam (APE) of all employees.
  • Custodian of employee's 201 files.
  • Processes and monitors merit increases.
  • Supervises processing of Clearances and conducts Exit interviews of outgoing employees.
  • Processes the final and retirement pay computation and quitclaims of resigned/retired employees.
  • Oversees HR Plant sites on Compensation and Benefits concerns for plant site employees.
  • Supervises the accuracy and timely preparation of timekeeping-related documents, LOI, and crediting of employee's salary.
  • Updates all employee information in the HRMIS and People Core System.
  • Updates masterlist and Employee demographics.
  • Processes all DOLE and PSA Compliance Reports for Inspection and applications of certificates.
  • Processes BIR monthly and annual TAX reports.
  • Administrator of HRMIS and People Core System.
  • Processes annual benefits such as 13th Month and other benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS:

With at least three (3-5) years of experience in handling Total Rewards.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course.
