Role Overview

Cobden & Carter International is seeking an experienced HR Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all labor laws and regulations are complied with, generating and preparing HRLR reports, administering general policies and programs in labor relations, handling employee disputes, and ensuring grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings are carried out in line with company policy.

Accountabilities

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies and policies
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Labor Relations or a working knowledge of PH Labor Laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment
