Role Overview

Accountabilities

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Labor Relations or a working knowledge of PH Labor Laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment
