Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Controller located in Metro Cebu. The Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring and managing all aspects of cost control, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Daily tasks include analyzing cost expenditures, preparing reports, maintaining cost records, and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation. The Cost Controller will work closely with various departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
