The Commis 2 is responsible for the preparation and storage of menu items in accordance with established procedures for preparation and quality standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene standards of the hotel, in order to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction with delivery of the best quality food products.

Responsibilities
  • Act as buffet runner
  • Report malfunctioning conditions to appropriate areas immediately
  • Handle all equipment in the proper manner. Practice accident prevention measures.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the workplace. Follow all hygiene procedures.
  • Control cost by minimizing spoilage, wastage and exercising portion control.
  • Perform other functions and duties which may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
  • Good communication skills
  • At least high school graduate
  • With TESDA certification
  • With related work experience for at least 1-2 years
  • Amenable to travel every day
  • Can start immediately
