
Supply Chain Management Strategy

The responsibilities associated with this position include:
Process Improvement and Optimization:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and implement process improvements, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other process improvement tools to optimize SCM operations.
- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance of the supply chain.
- Analyze current processes using data analytics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate existing processes, workflows, and procedures within the SCM department to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct commodity and market analytics, leveraging data analysis to support the Strategic Sourcing team in achieving value generation in terms of savings and operational efficiency.
System Management:
- Assist in managing and optimizing SCM systems (ERP-Fusion, Kissflow, SRM, CLM) to support operational needs and strategic objectives.
- Support system enhancement, integration, and upgrades in collaboration with SNAP/AP IT and other departments.
- Ensure "on-line" processes are aligned with Company policies and procedures, maintaining compliance and enhancing system efficiency.
Strategic Management:
- Develop and execute SCM strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Provide data, market insights, and business analytics to support management in making informed decisions.
- Develop and manage long-term contracts with suppliers and service providers to ensure cost effectiveness and efficient ordering process.
- Support the company through SCM to attain its targets and objectives.
Documentation and Standardization:
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work guidelines, process maps, and work instructions, ensuring clear definition and communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Support SCM process governance and optimization initiatives by ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while driving improvements.
- Establish and promote best practices throughout the SCM organization.
- Ensure alignment of SNAP SCM policies with AP SCM policies.
- Ensure that the SCM policies and guidelines, standards and procedures are current and all concerned are informed on any changes or development.
- Ensure that any significant deviations from policies and guidelines, standards and procedures across the Facilities are promptly detected, reported and that appropriate corrective measures are implemented or proposed immediately.
Change Management and Innovation:
- Facilitate the adoption of process improvements and changes within the SCM department.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate changes effectively.
- Provide training and support to employees regarding new processes and systems.
- Contribute to innovation and digitalization efforts within the SCM function, using data-driven insights and technologies (RPA, AI-driven solutions) to enhance SCM capabilities.
Data Analytics and Dashboard Management:
- Utilize data analytics tools (Power BI, Google Studio) to create and maintain dashboards for effective and efficient monitoring of SCM performance.
- Provide regular and customized analytical reports to management, offering valuable information.
- Provide solutions to simple or complex informational requirements, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Monitor measurements against key performance indicators (KPIs), utilizing data analytics to measure performance, identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments, including procurement, logistics, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of processes and alignment of objectives.
- Actively participate in cross-functional teams and initiatives to drive collaboration and process optimization.
Records Management:
- Monitor and improve record management systems to enhance accessibility, accuracy, and data integrity while safeguarding sensitive information.

Experience:
- 2-3 years in procurement
Education:
- BS Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Engineering degree - or equivalent experience.
