Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Checking, monitoring, and dissemination of monthly communication billings (GLOBE) and Fleet Card.
  2. Checking and monitoring of Billings (Pakyawan, D3, PLDT, Rent, and Electricity).
  3. Assisting for Annual Physical Examination - yearly.
  4. Coordinate with Globe personnel for any concerns raised by members about Globe Lines.
  5. Responsible for the renewal of all Globe lines.
  6. Monitoring annual release and distribution of all uniforms.
  7. Monitors accountabilities – cellphone, laptop/desktop, Company Car, and other devices released to members.
  8. Checking of DTR of Company Doctor.
  9. Maintain the proper order of 201 file record and separate the record of dead files.
  10. Monitor the cleanliness and facilitate the proper schedule of HR training room.
  11. Conduct checking and secure the equipment inside the training room.
  12. Conduct monthly checking for FBC locker area to ensure proper tagging and naming of each locker according to assigned member.
  13. Responsible for issuance of updated names in Canteen for Free Rice and Free meal.
  14. Conduct counting for the consumed free rice and free meal from the FBC Canteen for the processing of payment.
  15. Perform assigned tasks from time to time.

Job Qualifications

  1. College graduate, preferably in Behavioral Science or any Business Courses.
  2. Preferably with at least 1-year related working experience.
  3. Has sharp attention to detail.
  4. Has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees in the organization.
  5. Has the ability to work independently but can also work with others in a team environment.
