Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist with great communication and customer service abilities who will work for a company that develops retail marketing software.
Job Responsibilities:- Handle customers' needs and requirements
- Answer emails and calls from customers and potential customers inquiring about the products/services offered
- Explain products or services being offered to customers
- Respond effectively in a timely fashion and give correct instructions or information to customers
- Establish trust and relationship by building rapport throughout the call
- Identify prospects that fit the target demographic
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
- Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
- Create, maintain, and update the database of customers with complete information and emails
- Record customer information, outbound call history, and customers' responses in detail
- Maintain customer information and the company's documents confidential
- Consolidate existing customer base while building a new customer base
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience. A tech-savvy individual with experience on e-commerce platforms is an advantage
- Preferably with experience in retail campaigns and e-commerce applications (similar to Shopify)
- Preferably with a background in ZenDesk and Hubspot
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Amenable to shifting schedules and temporary WFH set-up
- Amenable to work on-site for the training period (CUBAO, QUEZON CITY)
