Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non‑agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager, and overseeing the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring manager. Responsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring process. Responsible for encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner. Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or a related field. At least six (6) months to one (1) year of BPO recruitment experience doing end‑to‑end recruitment (volume/corporate/technical hiring) in a BPO/call center setting. Excellent communication skills in both oral and written. Willing to work in a fast‑paced environment. Must be willing to work on a mid‑shift to night‑shift schedule. Must be amenable to work onsite.
