Target role : Talent Acquisition Specialist Role category : Human Resources Employment type : Full-time Offered salary : Ranging from to PHP Purpose of the Role To strengthen TeleworkPH’s hiring pipeline by proactively sourcing, attracting, and qualifying candidates for volume-based and specialized roles (onsite and remote). Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Maintain active pipelines for recurring positions such as AI Annotators, Non-Voice Agents, and Virtual Assistants. Conduct initial screening and coordinate with Recruitment Specialists for interviews, if needed. Track and report on sourcing metrics, including number of leads, conversion rates, and source effectiveness. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts. Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and online recruitment drives. Collaborate with HR and Operations to ensure manpower targets are met on time. Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field. HR-related certifications (e.g., Recruitment and Selection, Talent Sourcing, HR Analytics) are an advantage. Work Experience Minimum 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the BPO, shared services, or outsourcing industry. Proven background in hiring both volume-based (AI Annotators, Customer Support, Non-Voice) and specialized roles (Virtual Assistants, Technical, or Corporate). Experience handling onsite and remote hiring set-ups. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding weekly/monthly hiring quotas or sourcing KPIs. Technical Competencies Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook Jobs, and other online sourcing tools. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms (e.g., TeleworkX.ai, Sprout, or equivalent). Skilled in Boolean search strings, keyword optimization, and job‑ad writing for better candidate reach. Strong computer literacy, particularly in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Excel reporting. Familiarity with data analytics and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, sourcing conversion). Behavioral Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to represent TeleworkPH professionally with candidates and hiring managers. Results-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions under tight deadlines. Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with strong follow-through on commitments. Team player who can collaborate effectively with HR, Operations, and Marketing for hiring campaigns.
