In This Role

In this role, your mission is to ensure financial operations are seamless and effective. You will make a direct impact by:

• Preparing and recording daily and monthly financial entries and effectively reconciling discrepancies.
• Overseeing the month-end close process and contributing to year-end closings, ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions.
• Conducting inventory and asset reconciliations while assisting with budgeting and financial analyses.
• Compiling commission calculations and generating detailed reports to support business decisions.
• Collaborating on audits and managing special projects as necessary to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

This Role Is for You If… Experience

• 5+ years in accounting or a related field, preferably with a focus on financial management.
• Experience in US tax regulations and accounts payable functions.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with GAAP principles, general accounting practices, and financial analysis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.

Non-Negotiables

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly.
