  • Implement sales initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Commercial, and Business Process teams.
  • Standardize and outsource administrative processes within the Country Sales Organization.
  • Analyze sales data (Pipeline, Volumes, GP Return on Cost) and provide actionable insights.
  • Support the Sales Team with customer accreditation, bids, proposals, and quotations.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives and management reporting.
Requirements:
  • Experience in freight forwarding and logistics is preferred.
  • Strong background in customer service and sales support.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in sales operations and CRM tools.
