Overview

Business Development Manager, Industrial Solution (Visayas & Mindanao, PH) – Cebu, Philippines. This full-time role is focused on developing new business with suppliers and customers, strengthening market visibility, managing customer accounts, fostering and maintaining relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable product and service solutions. Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing account metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction, preparing and analyzing reports on account status, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow business with suppliers and customers in the Visayas & Mindanao regions.
  • Strengthen market visibility and manage customer accounts.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with customers; understand their needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
  • Track and analyze account metrics; ensure customer satisfaction; prepare and analyze reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
Qualifications
  • Solid experience in business development focused in the industrial chemical distribution industry in biofuel, lubricants, metalworking fluids, water treatment, and mining.
  • Strong background in channel development in the Visayas and Mindanao region.
  • Extensive background in business development management.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and adept at analyzing reports.
  • Collaborative working approach with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering; other engineering fields may be considered.
