Role Description This is a contract role for an Operations Lead at One Over Zero Technologies Inc. The Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing projects, and ensuring efficient workflow processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating with different teams, maintaining schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will also interact with clients, help manage IT-related projects, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services. This is a hybrid role, based in Makati with the option for some work from home. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of IT experience who are ready to take on early leadership, client coordination, and project management responsibilities. Qualifications Experience in project management, resource allocation, and scheduling 1–2 years of experience in IT support, operations, or related functions Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (computers, networks, systems) Strong organizational skills with an interest in management and coordination Good communication skills, especially in dealing with clients and internal stakeholders Willingness to learn and step into a leadership role Experience in the technology industry or with open-source technologies is a plus Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Additional Skills and Experience Experience in client-facing roles or basic project coordination Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Ability to manage tasks and priorities under time pressure Familiarity with IT security or project management tools is a plus but not required Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at One Over Zero Technologies Inc. by 2x.
