Now Hiring: Group IT Manager – Silver Dragon Group

Silver Dragon Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Group IT Manager to lead and scale the technology backbone of our expanding portfolio, which includes construction, mining, hospitality, and real estate operations . This is a strategic leadership role based in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental , responsible for driving digital transformation across multiple business units.

Overview

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to shape the future of Silver Dragon Group’s digital infrastructure and innovation ecosystem. If you’re passionate about building scalable systems and leading technology transformation at the group level, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee group-wide IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and data backup systems.
  • Lead deployment and management of enterprise platforms including Sage 50 ERP , hotel PMS, OTA integrations, and future system rollouts.
  • Build and manage the internal IT support team and establish clear SOPs and SLAs.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and cloud adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws, cybersecurity standards, and audit requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT management; multi-industry exposure preferred.
  • Strong background in ERP, network security, system integrations, and digital transformation projects.
  • Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA, or PMP are an advantage.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
