We're looking for a strategic, hands-on
IT Manager
to build and lead our technology infrastructure from the ground up. This is your chance to shape the IT foundation of a rapidly scaling BPO operation supporting 100+ seats with plans for 200+ seats.

What You'll Do

Infrastructure & Operations

  • Design and manage 24/7 BPO IT infrastructure ensuring 99.9% uptime
  • Oversee telephony systems, contact center platforms, and cloud infrastructure
  • Manage network, servers, storage, and disaster recovery systems

Security & Compliance

  • Implement cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and GDPR standards
  • Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments

Leadership & Innovation

  • Build and mentor your IT support team
  • Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives
  • Develop IT roadmap aligned with revenue target

Client Delivery

  • Support IT services for BPO client accounts
  • Ensure seamless technical operations for customer support, back-office, and virtual assistance services

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 5-7 years IT management experience, 3+ years in BPO/call center environment
  • Strong expertise in contact center platforms (Five9, Genesys, Avaya, or similar)
  • Network administration: TCP/IP, VPN, VoIP, firewall management
  • Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • Cybersecurity implementation and compliance knowledge
  • Team leadership and people management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Nice-to-Haves:

  • IT certifications: CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Security+, ITIL, PMP
  • Experience scaling IT infrastructure from 50 to 200+ users
  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
  • Multi-site operations management experience
