Silver Dragon Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled
Group IT Manager
to lead and scale the technology backbone of our expanding portfolio, which includes
construction, mining, hospitality, and real estate operations
. This is a strategic leadership role based in
Bacolod City, Negros Occidental
, responsible for driving digital transformation across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee group-wide IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and data backup systems.
  • Lead deployment and management of enterprise platforms including
    Sage 50 ERP
    , hotel PMS, OTA integrations, and future system rollouts.
  • Build and manage the internal IT support team and establish clear SOPs and SLAs.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and cloud adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws, cybersecurity standards, and audit requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT management; multi-industry exposure preferred.
  • Strong background in ERP, network security, system integrations, and digital transformation projects.
  • Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA, or PMP are an advantage.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
