Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage invoice entry, filing, and general financial tasks using QuickBooks and the Logic tool . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in organized environments and enjoys maintaining clean, accurate financial records.

Responsibilities
  • Enter and file invoices with precision and timeliness
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks
  • Utilize Logic tool for invoice tracking, reporting, and workflow management
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable and expense categorization
  • Prepare periodic financial summaries and reports
  • Support audits and compliance documentation as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks proficiency required)
  • Familiarity with Logic tool or similar financial workflow platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace)
