Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our real estate properties. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction, maintain the physical condition of the properties, and manage financial performance in line with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of residential properties.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Coordinate leasing, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Oversee collection, invoicing, and delinquency management.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Supervise maintenance staff and third-party service providers.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and monthly financial reports.
- Address tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property management.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Honest, dependable, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Must hold a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering,
- Preferably a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
- Willing to work on-site in Baguio City.
- Work Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
