Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and interviewing candidates.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, conduct interviews, manage onboarding, and support employee development.
  • Maintain employee records and support onboarding procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related information.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Participate in performance management and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, recruiting, talent acquisition, social recruitment, organizational development, computer literacy, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; potential for remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and adaptable.
