Responsibilities- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and interviewing candidates.
- Assist in recruitment processes, conduct interviews, manage onboarding, and support employee development.
- Maintain employee records and support onboarding procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related information.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Participate in performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, recruiting, talent acquisition, social recruitment, organizational development, computer literacy, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; potential for remote work.
