From tracking shipments to solving delivery puzzles, your day is all about precision, communication, and impact. Work Set Up: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Shifting/Night Shift Equipment: Bring-Your-Own Device (BYOD) What does a day in the life of a Logistics Coordinator look like? Process and track incoming customer orders within the call center system. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders. Track and monitor shipments, providing status updates to call center agents and customers. Address customer inquiries related to order status, shipping delays, and returns. Research and resolve logistical issues, such as lost packages, damaged goods, or incorrect shipments. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment details, and returns. Collaborate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective shipping solutions. Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes and implement efficiency measures. Assist with the development and implementation of new logistics procedures for the call center. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or logistics-related role. Strong understanding of basic logistics principles (order processing, inventory management, shipping procedures). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
