Join us in shaping success and making an impact that truly matters. We are looking for a Logistics Dispatcher/CSR to join one of our US‑based logistics partners. The company operates a 24/7 delivery and courier service and is expanding its remote team in the Philippines. What you’ll be doing: Coordinate and monitor deliveries through the client’s logistics management platform. Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure on‑time service. Handle order bookings, updates, and service requests via phone, chat, or email. Maintain accurate records of dispatch and delivery details. Provide after‑hours customer support and elevate issues as needed. Ensure smooth operations during the US night shift coverage window. Qualifications and Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch operations. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Comfortable using technology and web‑based tools or TMS systems. Knowledge of or experience with Curri (logistics platform) is a plus. Willingness to work 10‑hour shifts and adjust to US time zones.
