Why You’ll Love Working With Us Work from anywhere, permanently Morning shifts aligned to NZ time Competitive contractor package Be part of a values-driven, growth-focused team Autonomy to lead and improve purchasing operations Key Responsibilities Lead the purchasing function and support the Purchasing Coordinator Ensure timely communication and payments Oversee the purchase order cycle, shipping schedules, and inbound receipting Maintain stock accuracy, costs, and supplier pricing updates Liaise with freight providers to reduce delays and optimise logistics Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks Improve systems, processes, and reporting to drive efficiency Mandatory Criteria Proven experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management Skilled in supplier and stakeholder management with a strong commercial focus Detail-oriented and organised with strong problem-solving skills Tech-savvy with ERP/purchasing systems (Propella experience an advantage) Confident working independently in a remote setup Clear communicator, able to keep cross-functional teams aligned Quiet workspace PC equipment capable of generating quality work Nice-to-Haves Experience with international freight and export procedures Familiarity with Go Sweet Spot or other freight platforms Prior exposure to B2B industrial or technical environments Ideal Personality Attributes for Success Target-driven and solutions-focused Strategic thinker who also sweats the details Energetic, motivated, and proactive Collaborative team player with a customer-first attitude Curious and eager to improve processes and systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
