Project & Operations Manager (Remote) | Work from Home We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech‑savvy Project & Operations support for our client in managing key business initiatives. This role requires a strategic problem‑solver who can keep multiple projects moving forward while helping the Director stay focused on high‑priority goals. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with experience in project management, client coordination, and operational support. They should be comfortable working independently, managing several projects simultaneously, and resolving roadblocks quickly to maintain progress. A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail is essential to succeed in this dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Major Responsibilities Project & Operations Management Track and manage internal and client‑facing projects from initiation to completion. Maintain project trackers and follow up on deliverables across teams and stakeholders. Coordinate logistics, updates, and execution of ongoing business initiatives. Identify and elevate risks or delays and propose proactive resolutions. Executive Support Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and communications. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external use. Assist with personal admin tasks, travel planning, and online purchases as needed. Draft professional correspondence and manage email inbox prioritization. Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and requests. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure task completion. Ensure timely follow‑up and professional communication across all touchpoints. Technology, Data & Business Tools Support Support database maintenance and reporting (e.g., CRM or client database insights). Assist with building or improving GPT prompts and automation workflows. Perform ad hoc research and support in preparing data‑driven recommendations. Qualifications Knowledge Strong project coordination or operations experience in a remote setup. Familiarity with service‑based businesses, franchise exposure a plus. Understanding of digital tools, automation (Power Automate, GPT), and workflow platforms is a plus. Skills Excellent organizational and time management skills. Advanced communication and professional writing abilities. Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), Zoom, and basic data handling. Tech‑curious with ability to quickly learn AI and automation tools. Abilities Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Confident speaking with stakeholders and presenting updates. Highly responsive, solutions‑oriented, and detail‑focused. Able to anticipate needs and think one step ahead of the Director.
