- Ensure compliance with internal policies and travel industry standards; stay current with fares, airline policies, and corporate travel trends.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflows; meet productivity targets while preserving service quality.
- Maintain knowledge of visa requirements, travel advisories, and documentation needed for various destinations.
- Support bookings and reservations across different travel segments (corporate, leisure, marine, and international) as required.
- Minimum 2 years experience with GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, 1G/1A/1S, or Tramada for mid-office).
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in travel or related industries.
- Strong written and verbal English communication; ability to work in a structured, high-volume environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; comfortable with hybrid or onsite work setups as required.
- Formal training or certification in fares and ticketing is a plus; familiarity with CRM and online booking tools.
- Experience with Australian travel clients or Australian business hours is advantageous.
