STRATEGY, CONCEPT& CAMPAIGN DIRECTION Defines a clear visionand provides deep insights to mentor and guide theassigned teams. Oversees consultations and executionsof all media and digital efforts to ensure theyare on strategy, on budget, and on schedule. Provides leadership and motivation to foster theagency’s standards of creative excellence and digitalingenuity to consistently achieve clientgoals. DAILYGOALS: Oversee allpitch and project requirements and ensureeverything is properly managed and ontrack. Assess the right team members to beinvolved in the different pitch and projectrequirements. Define project approach, leadstrategic planning and brainstorming of theteam. Lead teampresentations to Creative Director to secure allnecessary approvals. Identify and monitor daily next stepson assigned requirements to ensure adherence tointernal and external timelines. Create final pitch presentations, with thesupport of the respective pitchteams. Lead pitchpresentations to client. Consult on media and data-drivenrequirements for existing accounts whenevernecessary. Share newinnovations and trends on digital for the team toexperiment with KEY ACCOUNT LEADERSHIP Responsible in leadingthe overall creative and media operations for assignedaccounts - from planning toexecution. Engages senior clients with an unparalleledunderstanding of what they need and where they can taketheir brands and business. Collaborates withart directors, strategy managers and digitaldevelopment heads to ensure holistic and timelyexecution of projects. Ensures allprojects have signed cost estimates and are billedaccordingly. TEAM MANAGEMENT Guides and mentors theBrand Strategists providing constructive feedback on theirperformance and work attitude. Ensures that daily administrativetasks are delivered and executed with duediligence. Able to fairly implement andenforce company policies and is reliable introubleshooting challenges that may also involve otherdepartments. GENERALMANAGEMENT Works closely withupper management for thefollowing: Monitor and actively manage the strategyteam’s workload Ensure all projectsare running smoothly and brand relationships are properlymanaged Continuouslyelevate the standard and quality ofwork output as well as the service provided tothe clients Requirements At least 6+ yearsexperience in Campaign planning, brand strategy,orequivalent. Experience working in anadvertising, marketing, or creative agency is a plus Can mustbe willing to work on-site ifrequired, but will otherwisehave the flexibility to workfromanywhere Digital isn’t the easiest industry to be part of — it’s always on and always evolving.
