Overview
Point of contact for client stakeholders for all POS/Premium related project including leading all ongoing monthly / quarterly client performance reviews. Work collaboratively with senior client stakeholders to identify and communicate potential client efficiencies in terms of procurement patterns, buying cycles, product category focus and alternative POS/Premium development in order to deliver value and enhance ROI for our clients. Devising and delivering all internal and external process enhancements to ensure excellent service delivery of our outsourcing procurement model and achievement of all operational KPIs / satisfy all contractual obligations. Working closely with the RAD to identify growth opportunities and the negotiation of new projects for any expansion. Communicating and managing different vendors to fulfil client’s needs up to their expectation. Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client fulfilment. Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

- The ideal candidate would have 5+ years’ experience working at a senior level within an outsource client partnership model within an FMCG marketing services agency / aggregator management environment.
- Strong experience in the POSM /Display industry
- Extensive experience in engaging and influencing cross-functionally, particularly across multiple FMCG client brand teams and procurement teams.
- Proven experience in driving top-line revenue growth and margin enhancement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Tagalog and English.
- Understanding of individual cultural differences and ability to establish and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Problem solving and the ability to identify and clearly present solutions.
- Team player that leads by example.
