Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Manila, Philippines. The Senior Accountant will manage daily accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, conducting month-end and year-end closings, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities also include ensuring financial compliance, supporting audits, managing budgets, and providing financial analysis and reporting. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior accounting staff and collaborating with other departments to enhance financial procedures.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification preferred
  • Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus
  • >=5 years of experience is a plus
  • USA experience is a plus
  • QB is a plus
