Purpose of the Role As the Senior Marketing and Admin Assistant (Contractual), you should hold a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. You should be a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and the ability to support the Business Development and Product Communications Head and Product Communications Officer in creating compelling campaigns and launches. This contractual role requires project management expertise, attention to detail, coordination with key stakeholders, and a proactive approach to supporting product promotion and launch activities. Responsibilities of the Role Support in strategic marketing planning and execution. Assist the Business Development Head and Product Communications Officer in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Support the creation of detailed marketing plans outlining target audiences, key messages, communication and distribution channels, and timelines. Assist in effective project management. Coordinate with third-party creative agency, Distribution Communications Team, and Market Management team and endorse their high-quality, compelling outputs for various marketing materials, including product brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, and website content, for approval by the Business Development and other Business Unit Heads. Ensure these materials are suitable for launches or campaigns. Ensure all content consistently communicates the value proposition and key benefits of products, resonating with target audiences with documented approval thread. Coordinate the timely distribution of launch materials, ensuring all stakeholders have the necessary information and tools to effectively promote the product Aid in market and customer insights gathering. Assist in conducting market research to gather insights on customer and financial advisors needs, preferences, and pain points. Endorse the information gathered to support Product Communications Officer and Business Development Head in developing product positioning, messaging, and overall marketing strategies, ensuring relevance and appeal to the target market. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and coordination. Collaborate closely with Product Development, Distribution, Market Management, and other internal teams to support cohesive and coordinated product launch and campaign efforts. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality. Demonstrate adaptability by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned in line with Product Communications scope, supporting the Business Development and Product Communications Head and Product Communications Officer in achieving overall goals Requirements for the Role Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or any related field. Proficiency in copywriting for marketing materials. Experience with email marketing platforms such as Promotexter, Netcore, or Hubspot Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Eagerness to learn and stay updated on the industry trends and best practices. Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
