Filinvest Resort: CRIMSON RESORT & SPA BORACAY Work-base: Alabang, Muntinlupa City Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to target MICE groups within the pharmaceutical, insurance, and BPO/IT industries. Identify and prioritize potential clients, set sales targets, and create action plans to achieve objectives. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site inspections to showcase the resort's facilities and services. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and enhance the resort's competitive positioning. Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals and contracts that meet the specific needs and budgets of MICE clients. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services. Revenue Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, track progress towards goals, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize revenue. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the resort's operations, marketing, and revenue management teams to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and service delivery. Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members as needed. Brand Promotion: Represent Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance the resort's visibility and reputation within the MICE market. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, with a focus on MICE groups. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical, insurance, and BPO/IT industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
