Executive Operations Partner Location: Somewhere Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Work Hours: Client hours required 6pm-10:30pm Manila time, remaining 4-5 hours scheduled at candidate’s discretion to complete an 8-hour workday. Pay Range: $1,500 - $2,000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level). Work Location: REMOTE. Type of Contract: Independent Contractor. You will own and execute a wide range of operational and administrative tasks with ownership and intelligence, upholding critical day-to-day operations from the CEO. We are not looking for a task-taker who requires constant direction. What You’ll Do Quarterback recruiting pipelines: Partner with internal recruiting leads to strategically manage candidate communications, scheduling, and coordination to ensure our recruiting engine operates with extreme velocity and a high-touch experience. Own core remote SOPs: Become the trusted owner of critical remote Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring they are executed with precision and reliability in partnership with the HQ team. Act as an operational steward: Perform regular maintenance and hygiene tasks within our AI Operating System and Notion Workspace, such as organizing information and handling simpler prompting tasks. Provide seamless executive support: Help manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure critical follow-ups are tracked and completed, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Minimum Requirements Language: Excellent English Communication Skills. Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally). Experience: 5+ years of related experience. Core Criteria Extreme Tech-Savviness: Fluent in modern AI tools and workspace tools like Notion and Google Suite and master new systems with minimal hand-holding. Flawless Written Communication: Precise, clear, and professional writing. Verifying Near-Native English Proficiency: Prefer a verifiable score from a high-level examination (Cambridge C2 Proficiency or TOEFL iBT with speaking score 27+). Systems Thinking: Aptitude for understanding and improving processes, not just following them.
