Executive Partner (Operations & Systems) Location: RemoteCompany: Global management entity operating multiple eCommerce ventures About the Role We’re seeking a strategic Executive Partner to help scale a multi-brand organization. This role blends Chief of Staff precision with operational execution. You’ll build systems, coordinate vendors and contractors, and ensure projects move forward smoothly across global teams. ?? Role Breakdown 35% – Systems Architecture & Operations Design Integrate and manage company tools (Jira, Asana, Slack, Notion). Build SOPs, workflows, and automations with Scribed. Ensure cross-brand systems run efficiently and align across departments. 20% – Talent & Vendor Management Oversee recruiting pipelines, job post creation, and onboarding for international teams. Manage contractors, vendors, and performance-based task workflows. 15% – Executive & Project Management Serve as the CEO’s operational partner turning goals into actionable projects. Track deliverables, lead accountability check-ins, and maintain meeting structure. 15% – Sales, Marketing & Web Coordination Support campaigns by aligning creative, ads, and content teams with technical web updates. Oversee Shopify, Meta, and TikTok integrations alongside marketing contractors. 10% – Finance & Reporting Alignment Track operating expenses and project budgets in collaboration with accounting partners. Support reporting through KPI dashboards and progress summaries. 5% – Communication & Culture Maintain clarity across teams via Slack and Notion updates. ???? What You’ll Bring Proven experience in operations, project, or systems management. Strong command of written and spoken English. Mastery of modern productivity tools (Jira, Asana, Notion, Slack, Google Suite). Experience managing remote contractors or vendors.
