Job Overview

The Senior Finance Analyst plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning. This position is responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, managing general ledger reconciliations, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

Financial Records Management & Compliance
  • Perform timely and accurate reconciliations of general ledger accounts with appropriate supporting documentation
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure financial records are accurate and consistently updated
Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Analyze expense and balance sheet accounts to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance efficiency
  • Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, inventory, and intercompany transactions, delivering actionable financial insights
Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Effectively communicate with other teams to gather relevant data and ensure financial transparency across the organization
Strategic Contribution
  • Support management with data-driven recommendations to aid in financial planning and decision-making
Internal Controls & Process Improvement
  • Monitor adherence to internal control policies through routine reconciliations
  • Identify gaps or weaknesses in controls and recommend practical solutions or system enhancements to strengthen financial processes

What our Client is Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA license is preferred but not required
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in auditing or within a private firm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to operate accounting and spreadsheet software
  • Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Strong background in general ledger (GL) accounting
