Overview

Finance and Accounting Manager position based in Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines. The role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control processes of the subsidiary, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Leads a team of accountants, coordinates audits, and analyzes financial data to support strategic decision-making. Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead an accounting team; provide support and guidance.
  • Prepare budgets, KPI reports, forecasts, and executive-level financial reports.
  • Review the multinational business units’ weekly billing packets.
  • Review subsidiary ledgers and other financial and accounting records.
  • Support operations with weekly financial calculations and ad-hoc financial tasks.
  • Ensure finance function compliance and promote collaboration and accountability across all departments.
  • Assist on finance ad-hoc assignments as needed.
  • Assist in developing internal controls for all accounting processes.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments, accounting, and external parties (clients, suppliers, lenders).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • Audit experience and experience managing a team of accounting resources.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting.
  • CPA or MBA is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in financial analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with a flexible mindset.
  • High proficiency in Excel.
