Overview

Responsibilities
  • Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including account and bank reconciliations, invoicing, billings, payments, bank uploads, finance logs, and report generation.
  • Prepare financial statements and other reports, including Cash Flow, Balance Sheets, and Profit & Loss statements.
  • Prepare corporation tax returns.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Execute month-end closing activities, including journals, and analysis.
  • Oversee entire client ledgers, proactively managing and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Provide comprehensive accounting services across all facets of the client\'s business.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor\'s degree in accountancy or any accounting related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience is required for this position
  • Experience in UK accounting practice is preferred/ideal
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., CCH, Xero, or QuickBooks)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates must be amenable to working onsite, ideally and as required
Schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday | UK (3:30 PM to 11:30 PM MNL)
